If you want just great towing behaviour, lock up function for transmission then our CANHACKER is more suited to your needs and 1/2 the retail price.

This is more suited for the modification enthusiasts...

You adding power? Fuel tanks? Bigger tyres? Off road warnings annoy you? Just want 1 kit to do it all? Diff lock anytime without delays?

Basic valve body upgrades are redundant with the way they are "adapted" to in the stock tcm. You will get away will a lot more power before needing a valve body upgrade.

So even at retail price, this modification will outperform a basic valvebody upgrade and trans lock up kit, making it a more affordable product with a lot more features that will be useful for you.

A TCM remap will never achieve what's being done here.

Key features of TCM:

Fully programmable shift pattern, firmness and control of transmission without software limitations. (Including all pre and post amble conditions on PWM shifts)

These features come preset but can be altered easily.

The full suite also includes:

Full lock up solenoid control based on gear, speed and TPS.

DIFF LOCK anytime activation from factory button.

Fuel tank size calibration. (Limited variations)

Speedo correction for tyre size.

TPMS warning disabled for off road. (In testing - not guaranteed feature)

Multi mapping for transmission control, selectable by steering wheel buttons.

RPM needle blips to the setting number.

(Pre sets: tow mode and normal mode)

No need for "valve body upgrades" under ~600nm. Controls beyond factory adaption computer are easily achieved.

15 minute install for TCM, 30 minutes for full suite.

Live tuning of gearbox controls are developed, instant flash of changes into controller are done by laptop.

Paddle shifter inputs are pre assigned, they can be canbus based or active low analog based - we are not selling kits for paddle shifters! This is only an option for automotive auto elecs to fit and add function to.

"Un authorised" combination of clutch activation for "transmission brake" - not really a thing for 4wding. But can be a useful feature for some using this common gearbox in other applications.

Editor for gearbox is only available to approved, signed up and NDA'ed outlets.

Re-selling of pre programmed kits will be available without NDA.

If you need changes, remote login is possible through your phone wifi. (Laptop required) - changes can only be carried out by approved outlets or individuals. Individual license use is available.

Features will NOT be backward compatible with our can hacker. Diff lock anytime will be, however this will need development time on its own. (Enquiries about this back compatibility will not be discussed at this stage - please do not enquire about this until it is announced) There is no anticipated timeline.

Warranty is 2 years for the unit and wiring supplied only.

Some features are still needing development, final delivered kit may vary slightly.

Anticipated delivery of group buy kits:

3-6 months

Suitable for:

Stock, stage 1, stage 2, stage 3 vehicles and beyond. Either using ECU tuning or Alphatech (other chip module enquiries welcome for integration but will need some work depending on how the chip achieves power changes in engine)

This goes well beyond anything you can do with the factory TCM and is decided by us the enthusiasts. No "guess work" or attempts to reverse engineer limited maps. We already make TCM's for other vehicles that integrate by canbus and analog controls. So it's not anything drastically new to us, especially with our vast understanding attained with the can hacker lock up kit.

In the event of delays: they will be announced

In the event of the production not going ahead: a refund will be issued in full

We've previously delivered on our can hacker lock up kits in this manner and we wish to keep the same level of service and satisfaction. This is not something for everyone and it is recommended you discuss your TCM requirements with your tuner if chasing power.

If you wish to hold your position in the group buy, you will need to pay the invoiced amount in full. Partial payments do not guarantee a unit.

Limited to 50 units in first production run for full suite, 300 units for Fuel tank correction.

Current dev cycle:

Tcm box and testing wiring loom has been tested. Canbus integration tested. Tcm is in stock, wiring looms are at authority to produce stage. Tuning has been limited but has been concept tested to ensure our kit works.

Mux will be supported but will be developed in behind step of dmax platform.
