If you're unsure about a single parameter or where to find a map, this is usually done free of charge! Just ask and we will reply

If you require to modify an already running system, please attach your file and log. These typical adjustments are for modifying an existing strategy or adding a sensor input that modify's an existing maps behavior

These are usually far more extensive and usually we find the engine is not yet running. This maybe a problem solving exercise and we will most likely ask you for further information or diagnosis to get you a result. There maybe additional charges depending on the level of assistance required.

This is usually customised and is priced per application, the starting cost is generally $220 to commence and we generally will bill for hours at $220 inc GST. This level of service will result in phone calls, face-to-face assistance or team-viewer assistance. Usually we find that with a motivated customer who can provide further information, these items are resolved within 5 hours of charge.
